"I met Irma over a video call 11 months before my wedding. From the very first meeting, it just felt like Irma absolutely loved what she does. She put me at ease straight away, understood the exact vibe I was trying to capture and had a very warm demeanour. 11 months of planning with so many hurdles along the way, from the budget changing so many times, to visas for family and friends, to my million and one ideas, Irma was accommodating, super helpful, very responsive, a problem solver and most of all very fun. Her vendors recommendations were top tier, her connections are vast and the tie the knot team as a whole is great (I had the opportunity to meet Marija a few months before my wedding and she also has a beautiful vibe). As someone who was speaking to Irma everyday for 11 months at all times of the day, her tone, spirit and demeanour was always welcoming and helpful - I never felt like I was bothering her.Throughout the process I felt incredibly supported. Irma recommended venues for the pre-wedding party, created multiple moodboards to guide me on the theme, recommended various vendors for food, entertainment, decor, transportation, hotels and what to do in Croatia. She liaised with everyone directly and I never had to do anything myself. She organised venue visits, food tastings and make up trial. "From the minute Irma and I started talking about choosing a wedding planner I knew she would be the perfect person to help us plan! We got married at Vila Dalmacija this past June (we had approx. 100 people attend) and I firmly believe the day would not have been as remarkable if it weren’t for Irma!Throughout the wedding planning process, Irma was incredibly helpful – she is extremely responsive, knowledgeable (especially with being a prior florist), and helped me answer so many questions (some of which were probably a little crazy)!On the day of the wedding, she helped pull off an incredible day! It was raining on the day of our wedding to the point where the vendors were unable to set up outdoors at the Vila. Irma delayed going into plan b era as long as possible; however, she made the right calls at the right time. She dealt with a lot that day with having to move the ceremony from the pier to the Vila area and the dinner from outdoors to indoors; however, she made the transitions so seamless for us and our guests.We’re so happy with our decision in trusting Irma to plan our wedding day, and for helping to make it extra special. "I couldn’t recommend Irma and her crew more!! From the get go, she understood what we were after and made the whole process seamless!Irma really listened to what we wanted and then made it happen! I found other wedding planners didn’t really listen when we were initially meeting with them, but that wasn’t the case with Irma! She has a really friendly demeanour that you warm to quickly.I had other friends tell me their wedding planner was useless or they didn’t know what they actually did, but that really wasn’t the case with Irma, she did so much in the lead up and on the day! Even when our wedding accommodation cancelled two weeks before, she was doing everything she could to find us a replacement!She’s previously been a florist, so it was really helpful having her opinion when choosing flowers and then on the day when I wanted small tweaks to my bouquet!I couldn’t recommend Irma more!"
