historical wedding venue dubrovnik

Fort Revelin

Fort Revelin is another historical wedding venue in Dubrovnik.

It wasn’t always just a pretty fort, historically it was protecting the town of Dubrovnik from the Ottomans.

It was expanded and made architectually even more grand by the Italians in the 16th century.

The fort is considered the guard of the Old town of Durbovnik.

Today, Fort Revelin is a cultural hub in Dubrovnik, it is a night club and a space for numerous events in Dubrovnik.

It’s pne of the rare forts in Croatia that actually has both a plan A (outside space) but also a plan B in case of rain.

For this reason it’s one of my favorite wedidng venues in Croatia.

The wedding venue consists of two terraces a smaller one that fits up to 40 people, and the bigger one and a bigger one that can fit a whooping number of 450 guests.

The music on the Revelin terrace is allowed until 10:30 PM, but don’t sweat the guests can move inside the night club which can be partially or fully privatised.

There you are free to party until the morning hours.

The venue has amazing views of the whole city, sea, and the Dubrovnik port.

The privatization of the venue depends on the month, type of privatization and the number of guests.

The average price for food and drinks is 250,00 eu per person.
